Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Zucchinis Choose firm zucchinis with a vibrant green color.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Healthy fat that adds richness.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • to taste Salt Enhances the natural flavors.
  • to taste Pepper Adjust to your taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano Adds earthy flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Optional for a spicy kick.
  • to garnish Fresh parsley Chopped for freshness.

Instructions
 

  • Wash the zucchinis under cold water and slice them into rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  • Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet, spreading them out evenly. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly golden.
  • Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
