- 8 oz noodles your choice, like rice or egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot julienned
- 3 green onions chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
STEP 2: STIR FRY THE VEGETABLES
Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add Vegetables: Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and julienned carrot. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add Aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
