Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz noodles your choice, like rice or egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

STEP 1: COOK THE NOODLES

  • Prepare Noodles: Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

STEP 2: STIR FRY THE VEGETABLES

  • Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add Vegetables: Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and julienned carrot. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Add Aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.

STEP 3: COOK THE SHRIMP

  • Add Shrimp: Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the shrimp to the center. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Combine: Mix the shrimp with the vegetables.

STEP 4: ADD NOODLES AND SAUCES

  • Add Noodles: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet.
  • Pour in Sauces: Drizzle the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the mixture. Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

STEP 5: GARNISH AND SERVE

  • Garnish: Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top before serving.
