For the Skirt Steak:
- 1 lb skirt steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Tacos:
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
Marinate the Skirt Steak:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this marinade onto both sides of the skirt steak. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (overnight for best results).
Prepare the Tacos:
