Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.
  • Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.
  • Place the shaped rolls on a greased baking sheet, ensuring space between each for expansion.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and brush the tops with melted butter before serving.
