Garlic Butter

Instructions
 

  • Allow the cowboy ribeye steaks to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper over the steaks, rubbing the spices into the meat.
  • Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F or 232°C).
  • Place the seasoned ribeye steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side without moving them.
  • Flip the steaks and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
  • Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Slice the rested ribeye steaks against the grain and top each slice with a generous dollop of garlic butter.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
