- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Add the eggs, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Using your hands, shape the salmon mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick. You should have approximately 8 patties.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the salmon patties in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve the salmon patties warm with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.
