Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh lemon juice.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers for easy grilling.
  4. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. Remove the shrimp from the grill and place them on a serving platter. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
