  • 2 pounds Chicken breast, sliced into strips Main protein for the dish.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar. Add chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  • Place the sliced chicken breast in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring every piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to keep the juices locked in.
  • Serve the grilled chicken with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.

Notes

This marinade can be adjusted for spice levels and can be used with other proteins like shrimp or beef.
