Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings Cleaned and patted dry for best texture.
  • 1/4 cup Honey Adds sweetness to balance the heat.

  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Adds depth and umami.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Helps to coat the wings and keep them moist.

  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Adds subtle sweetness and depth.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, and soy sauce until well blended.
  • Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the spicy honey Sriracha sauce over the wings and toss until fully coated.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
