- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure they crisp up nicely.
- In a large bowl, combine Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wings from the oven and brush with any remaining sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
