Salad Base

  • 1/2 cup Radishes Sliced for a peppery kick.
  • 1 medium Avocado Diced for creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese Crumbled for a salty flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts Toasted for nutty crunch.
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil Base for the dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar Adds acidity.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey For sweetness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs Basil, mint, or dill for garnish.

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and wash the mixed greens thoroughly.
  2. Dry the greens using a salad spinner or a clean kitchen towel.
  3. Chop the vegetables: halve the cherry tomatoes, thinly slice the cucumber and red onion, slice the radishes, and dice the avocado.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, radishes, and avocado.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  7. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and toasted walnuts on top.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
