Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 4 cups Mixed greens A blend of arugula, spinach, and romaine.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved for sweetness.
  • 1 medium Cucumber Thinly sliced for crunch.
  • 1/2 medium Red onion Thinly sliced for sharpness.
  • 1/2 cup Radishes Sliced for a peppery kick.
  • 1 medium Avocado Diced for creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese Crumbled for a salty flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts Toasted for nutty crunch.

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil Base for the dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar Adds acidity.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey For sweetness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs Basil, mint, or dill for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and wash the mixed greens thoroughly.
  • Dry the greens using a salad spinner or a clean kitchen towel.
  • Chop the vegetables: halve the cherry tomatoes, thinly slice the cucumber and red onion, slice the radishes, and dice the avocado.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, radishes, and avocado.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and toasted walnuts on top.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

Notes
