Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Steak Thinly sliced for quick cooking and maximum tenderness.
  • 8 oz Shrimp Peeled and deveined, adds a sweet, ocean-fresh taste.
  • 8 oz Egg noodles or rice noodles Choose your favorite type for a satisfying base.
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil Essential for sautéing and preventing sticking.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for a fragrant kick.
  • 1 small Onion Sliced to add sweetness and depth.
  • 1 medium Bell pepper Sliced for color and crunch.
  • 2 medium Carrots Julienned for a touch of sweetness and vibrant color.
  • 3 stalks Green onions Chopped for a fresh, zesty finish.
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce This savory sauce is key to flavoring the dish.
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce Adds a rich umami taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil Provides a nutty aroma and flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper To enhance all the flavors.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients by slicing the steak, peeling and deveining the shrimp, and chopping the vegetables.
  • Marinate the steak and shrimp in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a dash of sesame oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions, typically boiling in salted water for 4-6 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the marinated steak for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
  • Add minced garlic, sliced onion, bell pepper, and julienned carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet, add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
