- Prepare all ingredients by slicing the steak, peeling and deveining the shrimp, and chopping the vegetables.
- Marinate the steak and shrimp in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a dash of sesame oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, typically boiling in salted water for 4-6 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the marinated steak for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
- Add minced garlic, sliced onion, bell pepper, and julienned carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet, add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
