Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 1 head Broccoli Cut into florets.
  • 1 medium Carrot Sliced thinly.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil For stir-frying.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Adds savory depth.
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce Provides umami flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil Adds a nutty taste.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • 4 cups Cooked rice or noodles For serving.

Instructions
 

  • Wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Slice the carrot into thin rounds. Peel and devein the shrimp if not already done. Mince the garlic.
  • In a bowl, combine the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
  • Add the minced garlic, remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
