Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mixed berries Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.
  • 1 cup Coconut water Hydrating base for the drink.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or agave syrup Adjust to taste for sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice Adds a zesty kick.

Method
 

  1. Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water. Hull and slice strawberries if using.
  2. In a blender, combine the prepared mixed berries, coconut water, honey or agave syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Optional: Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the berry mixture over the ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
