Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the Buffalo Chicken Dip, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), and green onions in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  4. For the Loaded Nachos, layer tortilla chips on a baking sheet, sprinkle with shredded cheese, black beans, jalapeños, diced tomatoes, and olives. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. For the Mini Meatballs, combine ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Form into small meatballs.
  6. Cook the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through. Toss in barbecue sauce before serving.
  7. Serve all snacks with sour cream and guacamole on the side for dipping.
