- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions (8-10 minutes) until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
