Method
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while the chicken marinates.
- Place marinated chicken bites on the grill with space between each piece. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, allowing it to thicken slightly.
- Once cream is warm, gradually whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until completely melted and smooth.
- Transfer grilled chicken to a serving bowl and drizzle creamy garlic sauce generously over the top.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the chicken and sauce. Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
For best results, don't overcrowd the grill. Store chicken and sauce separately in airtight containers for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain texture. Serve over rice, pasta, with vegetables, or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
