STEP 1: PREPARE THE SHRIMP
- Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add Aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
STEP 3: COMBINE AND FINISH
- Return Shrimp: Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet with the vegetables.
- Add Sauce: Pour in the teriyaki sauce and toss everything together until well coated and heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Garnish: If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

- Serve the teriyaki shrimp stir fry over cooked rice or noodles for a complete meal.
