Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Pork chops About 200 g each, bone-in preferred for juiciness.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For marinating and cooking.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Adds color and flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances the savory flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Adds depth to the marinade.
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Provides a warm, earthy flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances overall flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper For seasoning.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper Optional, for added heat.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Adds sweetness to the glaze.
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar Provides tanginess to balance the sweetness.

Instructions
 

  • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and trim any excess fat.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Coat the pork chops evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  • Cook the marinated pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach at least 63 °C.
  • In the last two minutes of cooking, drizzle the honey and apple cider vinegar mixture over the pork chops.
  • Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the pork chops for a few hours or overnight. Serve with sides like coleslaw or mashed potatoes.
