- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and trim any excess fat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Coat the pork chops evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Cook the marinated pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach at least 63 °C.
- In the last two minutes of cooking, drizzle the honey and apple cider vinegar mixture over the pork chops.
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, marinate the pork chops for a few hours or overnight. Serve with sides like coleslaw or mashed potatoes.
