Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Beef chops About 1 inch thick, choose high-quality cuts for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Helps to keep the meat moist while grilling.
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder Adds a savory depth to the seasoning.
  • 2 teaspoons Onion powder Complements the garlic and enhances the overall flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika Provides a subtle smokiness that elevates the dish.
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper Adds a bit of heat and enhances the beef's natural flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential for bringing out the flavors of the meat.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Adds a rich umami flavor that makes the beef irresistible.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish, adds a touch of color and freshness.

Instructions

  • Pat the beef chops dry with paper towels to create a nice sear when grilling.
  • In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  • Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the beef chops.
  • Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the seasoned chops, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Place the marinated beef chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
  • Flip the chops and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare doneness.
  • Remove the beef chops from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
  • Slice the chops if desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality beef and allow for proper marinating and resting time.
