Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, melted butter, garlic, ginger, and pepper until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets on sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Brush with half of the glaze.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze.
- Return to oven and bake 7–10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F and salmon flakes easily.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Let rest 2–3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in fridge up to 3 days. Best enjoyed fresh; reheating works best in oven at 350°F for 8–10 minutes. Serve with asparagus, potatoes, or rice.
