Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, melted butter, garlic, ginger, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets on sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Brush with half of the glaze.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze.
  5. Return to oven and bake 7–10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F and salmon flakes easily.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Let rest 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in fridge up to 3 days. Best enjoyed fresh; reheating works best in oven at 350°F for 8–10 minutes. Serve with asparagus, potatoes, or rice.
