- Add Tomatoes and Spinach: Toss in the cherry tomatoes and spinach leaves, cooking until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften, about 2-3 minutes.
STEP 3: MAKE THE SAUCE
- Add Cream: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Cheese: Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Season: Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
STEP 4: COMBINE AND SERVE
- Mix Tortellini: Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, gently tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish: Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
