Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Dry white wine Such as Sauvignon Blanc.
  • 1 cup Passion fruit juice Fresh or bottled.
  • 1/2 cup Orange liqueur Such as triple sec.
  • 1/4 cup Simple syrup Adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup Soda water or lemon-lime soda For a fizzy touch.
  • 1 large Orange Thinly sliced.
  • 1 large Lime Thinly sliced.
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks Fresh or canned.
  • 1 cup Strawberries Hulled and sliced.
  • to taste Fresh mint leaves For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients: dry white wine, passion fruit juice, orange liqueur, simple syrup, soda water or lemon-lime soda, and fresh fruits.
  • Wash the orange, lime, and strawberries thoroughly. Thinly slice the orange and lime, hull and slice the strawberries, and cut the pineapple into chunks.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the dry white wine, passion fruit juice, orange liqueur, and simple syrup. Stir well to mix.
  • Add the sliced orange, lime, pineapple chunks, and sliced strawberries to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
  • Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Just before serving, add the soda water or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy touch. Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
