- Gather all your ingredients: dry white wine, passion fruit juice, orange liqueur, simple syrup, soda water or lemon-lime soda, and fresh fruits.
- Wash the orange, lime, and strawberries thoroughly. Thinly slice the orange and lime, hull and slice the strawberries, and cut the pineapple into chunks.
- In a large pitcher, combine the dry white wine, passion fruit juice, orange liqueur, and simple syrup. Stir well to mix.
- Add the sliced orange, lime, pineapple chunks, and sliced strawberries to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, add the soda water or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy touch. Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
