Valentines Strawberries
Delicious chocolate-dipped strawberries, perfect for expressing love on Valentine's Day.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Fresh strawberries Choose ripe, firm strawberries with green leaves intact.
- 8 ounces Dark chocolate High-quality dark chocolate for a rich flavor.
- 8 ounces White chocolate Good quality white chocolate for contrast.
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil Used for the white chocolate to give it a smooth texture.

- as needed Sprinkles, crushed nuts, or edible glitter For decoration, adds a festive touch.
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly to remove any moisture.
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the white chocolate and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in the same manner until smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the green leaves and dip into the melted dark chocolate, covering about two-thirds of the berry. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- While the dark chocolate is still wet, add your choice of sprinkles, crushed nuts, or edible glitter for decoration.
- Once the dark chocolate has set slightly, drizzle or dip the strawberries into the melted white chocolate for an elegant touch.
- Allow the decorated strawberries to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to set, or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to speed up the process.
- Serve the strawberries on a decorative platter or in gift boxes for a beautiful presentation.
