Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients: instant coffee, sugar, hot water, milk, and ice (if desired).
  • Measure out 2 tablespoons each of instant coffee, granulated sugar, and hot water.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Whip the mixture on high speed using a hand mixer or whisk until it becomes light, fluffy, and forms stiff peaks (about 2-5 minutes).
  • Prepare your milk base by pouring your choice of milk into a glass, leaving some space at the top. Add ice if you prefer a cold drink.
  • Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk, creating a layered effect. Stir before drinking to combine the flavors.
