  • 1 can (5 oz) Tuna in water Drained, provides lean protein.

  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped, enhances flavor.

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
  2. Open the can of tuna and drain it well. Place the tuna in a mixing bowl and break it into smaller pieces with a fork.
  3. In a small bowl, squeeze the juice of one lemon. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Add diced avocado, red onion, celery, parsley, and dill to the bowl with the tuna. Pour the dressing over the mixture.
  5. Gently fold everything together using a spatula or spoon, being careful not to mash the avocado too much.
  6. Taste the salad and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.
