- Ensure shrimp is cooked, peeled, and chopped. If using frozen shrimp, thaw them completely before starting.
- In a small bowl, combine lime juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste, and whisk until well combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, add chopped shrimp, red onion, diced tomato, and avocado. Gently toss to mix, being careful not to mash the avocado.
