Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Cooked jumbo shrimp Peeled and chopped, provides protein.
  • 1 cup Red onion Chopped, adds crunch and sweetness.
  • 1 medium Tomato Diced, brings freshness and juiciness.
  • 1 medium Avocado Diced, offers creaminess and healthy fats.
  • 1 teaspoon Extra-virgin olive oil Adds richness and helps bind ingredients.
  • 2 juices Limes Juiced, provides zesty flavor.
  • to taste Salt Essential for seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper Essential for seasoning.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro Chopped, for garnish and flavor.

Instructions
 

  • If using raw shrimp, boil or sauté until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Let cool, then chop.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, red onion, tomato, and avocado. Gently toss to combine.
  • Drizzle the lime dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  • Transfer to a serving platter or individual bowls and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  • Serve immediately or chill for a short time before serving.
