- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
- Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
