  • 3 cups rotini pasta cooked
  • 2 medium zucchini diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.25 cup red onion diced
  • 0.25 cup black olives sliced
  • 0.25 cup Italian dressing
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, onion, and olives.
  2. Add Italian dressing and toss gently to coat evenly.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
  5. Toss again gently before serving.

Notes
