- Gather all your ingredients: cooked chicken, tortillas, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, croutons, salt, and pepper.
- If necessary, shred or dice your cooked chicken breast and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Take a large flour tortilla and lay it flat. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a meal on the go.
