Ingredients
Essential Ingredients
- 1 loaf Fresh baguette Crusty on the outside and soft on the inside.
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil For brushing the baguette slices.

Tomato Bruschetta Ingredients
- 2 medium Tomatoes Diced.
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil Chopped.
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar Adds acidity and depth.
Avocado Bruschetta Ingredients
- 1 ripe Avocado Mashed.
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice For freshness.
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro Chopped.
Fig & Goat Cheese Bruschetta Ingredients
- 6 pieces Figs Sliced.
- 4 ounces Goat cheese Softened.
- to taste Honey For drizzling.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette into half-inch thick pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil.
- Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- For the Tomato Bruschetta, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix gently.
- For the Avocado Bruschetta, mash the avocado in a bowl, then mix in lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
- For the Fig & Goat Cheese Bruschetta, spread softened goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice, top with sliced figs, and drizzle with honey.
- Assemble the Bruschetta Trio by arranging the toasted baguette slices on a platter and placing each topping in separate sections.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
