  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped, optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in garlic, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor. Prepare ahead and bake before serving for convenience. Serve hot for the best texture.
