Instructions
Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and grated ginger until well combined.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated. Cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is baking, pour the reserved marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Once the salmon is cooked, drizzle the thickened marinade over the fillets and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Honey Garlic Salmon!
