- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- After roasting, drizzle a bit more maple glaze over the top and toss again. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
