Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Place them in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until well blended.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the halved Brussels sprouts and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Pour the maple glaze over the coated Brussels sprouts and toss again to ensure they are generously coated.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • After roasting, drizzle a bit more maple glaze over the top and toss again. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
