Method

  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Place them in a large bowl.

  4. Drizzle olive oil over the halved Brussels sprouts and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Pour the maple glaze over the coated Brussels sprouts and toss again to ensure they are generously coated.
  6. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. After roasting, drizzle a bit more maple glaze over the top and toss again. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
