For the Strawberries
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries Choose ripe, juicy strawberries.
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate Can use chocolate chips or a chocolate bar, chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Optional, for smoother chocolate coating.
  • white chocolate Optional, for drizzling.
  • sprinkles or crushed nuts Optional, for decoration.

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly to remove any moisture.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate using a double boiler until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Decorate with white chocolate drizzle and toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
  5. Place the decorated strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Notes

Store leftover strawberries in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
