- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
