Description

Oven Garlic Shrimp is a quick and flavorful seafood dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the coated shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
